Food Gallery : Kitchen Updates

Since my last posting about my cooking view here I have gone on to be more adventurous especially with baking and trying more complicated dishes.

We first had this dish at Carluccio's and quickly realised that it was cheaper to make on our own. Just needs the freshest buffalo cheese, vine tomatoes and basil - a sprinkling of black pepper!

Josiah loves eating chicken katsu don so here was my attempt.  Does not look as good as it tasted :p

When I can find the four angle bean, I can make this dish!

Not a pile of %$^* - it's my double chocolate cookie
